Well, when we exhale, we breathe out carbon dioxide. Plants take in carbon dioxide. So, in that way I think it's beneficial...but, then, I'm a woman. =D   Every once in a while I will wipe the leaves of my two indoor plants and I will talk to them. But, hey - I have an empty nest, no dog, and no grandchildren, so give me some slack. hehehe

What every plant needs; fellowship and an abundant supply of CO2........:15_1_63:

With all the stuff we have going right now, and having to fix my tiller, I got a late start on my garden. Planted it Thursday evening. But I already have cream peas, zipper peas, butter peas, blue lake beans, yellow squash and okra coming up. I'll check it again when I get home. Waiting on the egg plants, zuccini, and butternut squash to emerge.

I have not heard of Butter Peas.  We have Butter Beans, which I believe you call Lima Beans,  and the French call Spanish Beands.  French have butter beans which are a cream version of dwarf beans,  All very confusing.

They're essentially a little fat butter bean. Not a pea at all.
