Administrators Jim_Alaska Posted February 26, 2015 Administrators Share Posted February 26, 2015 A large group of Islamic State terrorists in Iraq are moving down a road when they hear a voice from behind a sand dune: “One U.S. Marine is better than 10 ISIS fighters.”The terrorist commander quickly orders 10 of his best men over the dune where a brief gun battle breaks out. Then … silence.The same voice once again calls out: “One U.S. Marine is better than 100 ISIS losers!”Furious, the commander sends his next best 100 troops over the dune and into battle. After a few minutes of intense gunfire … more silence.The voice calls out again: “One U.S. Marine is better than 1,000 ISIS cowards!”The now-enraged commander orders 1,000 of his best warriors over the dune, when a terrible battle is then fought. He hears small arms fire, machine-guns, grenades, rockets … and then silence.Finally, one badly wounded Islamic State terrorist crawls back over the dune, leaving a trail of blood and gore behind him, and with his dying breath, warns his commander:“Don’t send any more men! Thus far, in every place ISIS has faced a serious force determined to fight them, ISIS has been pushed back.Recently when 24 ISIS fighters attacked the outskirts of an Iraqi base they were all killed by Iraqi forces except for a couple which blew themselves up near the outer fence. The media and certain leaders went into virtual panic mode saying we had 300 Marines on that base and their lives were in jeopardy.WHAT??????There is no way two dozen mangy desert rats were a threat to 300 Marines!If anything, our government missed a great opportunity to turn loose those 300 Marines on the ISIS leaders and their small force which remained away from the incident.Media talking heads and some of our leaders may be wimpy and fearful but I have no doubt at all if America put a force of Marines in the field that was only half the number of the ISIS fighters, the Marines would wipe the field clean of that infestation. heartstrings and Jim_Alaska 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
