Members John81
He mentioned thinking and that's not something most folks are good at. The mass of humanity is made up mostly of followers. They also aren't typically very well educated. They look for something to belong to, follow the leaders, believe the propaganda and do as they are told. Reminds of the time during WWI when the guns fell silent and men from both sides went out to no mans land for friendly chats, exchanges of items, even playing games. Then the officers noticed this, began to panic that the enemies might become friends, and ordered everyone back to the trenches. War is big business for those in the right positions. Much political hay can be made along with millions, or even billions in profits from war. It's interesting that America denounces Iran and tells them they can't have a nuclear bomb (even though American intelligence agencies have consistently reported Iran has NO nuclear weapons program or means of even attempting to make a nuclear bomb) and berates Russia for selling weapons while America herself is the largest weapons dealer in the world by a wide margin. How many billions of dollars would be lost in a year, not to mention tons of political capitol, if there were not several wars continually going on along with dire scare warnings of this or that nation or group being such a serious threat more arms are needed, new wars need to be fought, and more people need to have access to our weapons?
