I think it is a possibility, but then I believe there have been many false flags in the past.  The last one being the airliner shoot down over Ukraine.

Not that the media would care or report on it. Remember Barak, Angela and a few others funded, provoked and fueled the fire of revolt against the legally, democratically elected President of Ukraine using neo-nazis, anarchists and anti-semites. Almost as soon as the truth came to light, the media dropped the curtain on it.
