Supreme Court Lifts Hold On Gay Marriage In Kansas

TOPEKA, Kan. — The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday said same-sex marriages can go ahead in Kansas in a decision that the state insists applies to only two counties.

Separately Wednesday, a federal judge struck down South Carolina's ban on gay marriage as unconstitutional. [FULL ARTICLE]



This is going to be interesting I think. The Federal 6th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld homosexual marriage bans in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky and Tennessee. Saying that states have the right to make state rules/laws regarding marriage.


Now SCOTUS comes in and says this about Kansas.
