No more than all other members should. 3. Ditto. 4. As appropriate to her gender. Her husband's position has nothing to do with it. 5. Probably, but we shouldn't. 6-8. None of our business. 9-10. None of my questions do not fall under the law? Might be vain for some. Speacialy Democrats

Members paid4
If she doesn't have kids don't that disqualify her husband to be pastor of a church? 1Timothy 3:4-
Administrators HappyChristian Posted March 17, 2014 Administrators Share Posted March 17, 2014 If she doesn't have kids don't that disqualify her husband to be pastor of a church? 1Timothy 3:4-5 No. That verse is not a command to have children, but rather to make sure that, if God gives children, they are under control. Members Standing Firm In Christ
No. That verse is not a command to have children, but rather to make sure that, if God gives children, they are under control.I disagree. 1 Timothy 3:1 (KJV) 1 This [is] a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. 1 Timothy 3:2 (KJV) 2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; 1 Timothy 3:3 (KJV) 3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; 1 Timothy 3:4 (KJV) 4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; 1 Timothy 3:5 (KJV) 5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?) 1 Timothy 3:6 (KJV) 6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. 1 Timothy 3:7 (KJV) 7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil. Paul did not say "if he has children,".
