Wicked Hollywood Christ...son Of Sin

Brothers and Sisters,

I rail against America’s wicked Hollywood. Nothing good comes from it, nothing good resides in it, no Christian should have anything to do with it nor those who are connected with it. Yet hundreds of American churches are running headlong to embrace the latest blasphemy…”The Son of God.”

This is an attack against the “Son of God” movie, better known as “The Son…..of Sin.”

The word of GOD; II Corinthians 11:13…”For such [are] false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. {11:14} And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. {11:15} Therefore [it is] no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to

their works.”

The “Son of Sin” is produced by Roma Downey and Mark Burnett who also produced the four part blasphamy...THE BIBLE….for the U.S. History Channel.

Roma Downey once starred in the American television show “Touched by an Angel.” which was more like “Touched by a Demon.” Once again, wicked “Witch-Wood” posing as the angel of light and the minister of righteousness. No wonder that Roma starred with self professed “Pastor” Della Reese (No woman should pastor any church) who professes a Christless gospel from a New Age church of witchcraft!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Della_Reese

They war against our Christ! They hate him and they build false imagines to tickle the ears and excite the flesh! Psalms 2…”{2:1} Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? {2:2} The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed [saying, ]{2:3} Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from  us.”

Roma Downey is a student of new age psychology. She and her husband are lost Roman Catholics mixing their gospel of Catholic error with new age wiccan blasphamy!

And some Christians dare to defend them with the excuse that their movies would bring about new members to the church of Christ; how stupid do you have to be?!

Downey graduated from the University of Santa Monica; a new age college of Hindu spiritualism founded by John Rodger. She teamed up with devil incarnate John Edwards, the wicked spiritualist to co-produce a Hindu meditation CD for children.

Downey endorses the book “Loyalty to your soul” written by H. Ronald Hoeneck, a close friend of blasphemous she devil and wiccan high priestess Oprah Winfrey!

Downey wrote….”As a USM graduate, I know first hand the value I received from participating with Ron and Mary in the Masters degree program in Spiritual Psychology. I am so grateful to have this book to remind me of all I have learned. Let’s just say that I went from playing an angel on television to living a more angelic life every day. The teachings in this book have sent me on a journey to the very center of my being.”

Does that sound christian to you? Does loving a book written by a pagan devil and claiming it sent her on a “spiritual journey” sound like this woman is a saved convicted christian woman? Are you kidding me! This is humanist blasphemy! New age wiccan satanism. And churches are taking their members to see her blasphemous christ!

Roma advocates the Hindi mystic teachings of Ekhert Tollei, another Oprah Winfrey disciple. She endorses Della Reese’s blasphemous church where sin is not taught nor is the savior. A wicked woman who’s crafted a wicked movie to fool the elect and direct people towards a false christ.

World of the LORD; Matthew 24:23….”Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo,here [is] Christ, or there; believe [it] not. shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect. {24:25} Behold, I have told you before. {24:26} Wherefore if they shall say

unto you, Behold, [he is] in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe [it] not. {24:27} For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. {24:28} For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the

eagles be gathered together.”

Who supports “The Son of Sin”? Joel Olsteen, the blasphemous forked tongue prosperity preacher tied to Oprah Winfrey. Rick Warren, the chrislam apostate vermin of the Saddleback Church another blasphemous prosperity church. 20th Century Fox, Rhupert Murdock who is a pornographer. Bill Highbols, father of the emergent church….

This is a hell’s brew of wicked people. A gang of new age warlocks and witches whom so many stupid christians defend! This is Witches-wood! This is new age garbage, masking as our Christ for filthy lucre! And many of you will defend what they do!

20TH Century Fox is even distributing sermon packets for the movie...well...some stupid christians will accept them with open arms and go back and murder their churches with them! Filthy, wicked, demonic Hollywood...why will you not rail against them!

There are over 50 heretic priests and pastors pushing this blasphemy, this wicked christ, this fornication christ, this false christ. This is a bunch of wicked King Sauls consulting familiar spirits and witches to get their idea of God. When you need fancy worldly ideas and the help of the sin brewery of “Hell-o-wood” to get people to your church...you’re not of GOD’s church….you’re a church of satan.

World of GOD; Mark 8:27….”Whom do men say that I am? {8:28} And they answered, John the Baptist: but some [say,] Elias; and others, One of the prophets. {8:29} And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ. {8:30} And he charged them that they should tell no man of him.”

Jesus’s physical appearance never got people to like him or be attracted to his message...why do so many christians fawn over these filthy hollywood fornications of christ? Spirits of Lasciviousness. Some people call it “hot jesus” The movie “Son of Sin” pushes a “boyfriend christ”, a mystic jesus, a South American indian inspired Toltec christ Quexalcote. And some pastors call it well to have an “appealing jesus”

Blasphemy! Wicked iconographic blasphemy! The word of GOD Isaiah 53:2….”For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, [there is] no beauty that we should desire him.”

We are not to desire the visage of Christ over his deity or the purpose of which he came to man! And yet so many christians will defend hollywood for it! The world hates our Christ! Hollywood hates our Christ so no Christian should love Hollywood!

Wicked blasphemy. Word of GOD; Acts 17:29…”Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device.” Anyone who needs this filthy movie to teach the word of GOD is a lost sinner on their way to hell for Witches-wood and their filthy lucre.

The theme of this blasphemy is “He came to change the world.” Did Christ come to change this world? This filthy world is doomed, its going to die. Christ is coming back to judge and destroy it.

Blasphemy. The movie has Christ talking to only Peter and no other disciple after the temptation in the desert. The false christ tells Peter…”Give me an hour and I’ll give you a new life.” Wicked new age spiritualism, a lie, a perversion.

World of GOD; Luke 4:18…” The Spirit of

the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.”

Christ did not come to change this world but he is coming to destroy the wickedness of it.

Blasphemy. The movie makes a woman the 13th apostle. The apostle of rebellion. Wicked feminist iconography. She is the only woman to enter the tomb of Christ in the movie. Are you kididng me? Are christians this stupid?

Blasphemy. The movie shows Christ convincing Judas to betray him. That the resurrection of Lazarus was a joyous affair that the last supper was a giddy party. This false christ never mentions sin, never mentions the need for repentance, that man can save himself….lies, lies and filthy blasphemy.

And some of you claim hollywood deserves salvation, that these filth traders and hater of Christ who war against our GOD, mock our GOD and slander our LORD deserve love, plaudits and sympathy...what kind of christians are you?

These filthy blasphemous liars are leading people to hell and all you can do is smile and contrite yourselves? Are you the church of GOD or a church of cowards?

Hollywood will burn. It will rot and burn in hell and no one can help those who are heart and soul committed to going with it. Let the wicked die with the wicked, have no business with the business that hates our Christ, let them have their damnation and kiss their golden Oscar icon on their way to the pit.

“Son of God”....no…..”Son of the Devil” That’s hollywood and all who are connected to it.

While there is much to agree with here, the delivery leaves much to be desired. Many Christians would be put off by how this is presented and most lost folks would be turned further from the Lord by this while fence sitting Christians would likely be pushed onto the wrong side of the fence.

On the radio they were discussing this movie, some liked it while many didn't, but there was one many who said that the main question that should be asked is whether the movie rightly and accurately portrays Jesus and that the only way to know that is to read the Bible and KNOW what the Bible says about Jesus. (this man had not seen the movie so didn't comment further)

There are those who say we should just be happy there is this sort of movie out there and be content that it got some things right. Then there are others who say the movie is so far off the biblical mark it's misleading and unacceptable.

(of course there are also some who only care about entertainment value)

I've never yet seen a major Bible-based movie that's even close to being accurate. This seems especially true when it comes to those which feature Jesus in the movie. Typically the presentation of Jesus is enough to make it a bad movie with Jesus being portrayed like some overly soft spoken, sometimes somewhat effeminate or hippy-like manner, and in more recent years even sort of like a long haired pretty boy.

No, we should expect no good representation of Christ or biblical matters coming from the lost and we should cheer and support these movies which present an unbiblical representation of our Lord and Saviour.

I believe Daniel has gotten much better here about hollywood then his last post. there's more truth to be seen here.I agree with brother Mike I've heard many pastors preach in this same manner that would not hold back from speaking the truth, proper use of grammar should be presented to deliver the message in an effective and positive way that will convict those who indulge themselves in such sins.( that is being lead by the holly spirit an allow him to do his work through you)

brother Daniel you remain in my prayers

Sadly Christians can be pretty stupid sometimes, when we don't study the word, when we rely on feelings over truth. I remember when some Christians, trying to defend against evolution, said that God put the fossils in the ground to test our faith-that was only slightly LESS stupid than such ideas as theistic evolution or the traditional gap theories trying to account for it. And its even worse because they don't have to be stupid-or really, its more ignorance, I guess, willingly ignorant, or as Dr. Dino used to say, "Dumb on purpose."

These people who produced the film are Catholics, what do you expect?

"Ranting and Raving" is not my style as it just diverts energy from witnessing to those in need.

I'm tired of hearing about how the Jesuits are going to take over the world, etc.

While this is going on there is also the even more biblically challenged "Bible movie", called Noah. Regardless of "Noah" taking great leaps of "artistic liberty" and the fact the key biblical message of the story of Noah and the flood is not put forth, yet many Christians and pastors are endorsing the movie.

Tens of the thousands of Christians across America will flock to "Son of God" and "Noah" sending the message to Hollywood that so long as a movie can claim a biblical theme, it doesn't have to actually be biblical, in fact the movie can greatly distort the biblical truth, and yet millions will flock to it and pay big money to see it.

What might the reaction be if some Christians gathered at the theaters showing these movies passing out Gospel tracts? What if some street preachers proclaimed the Gospel nearby?

I've never heard a preacher 'rant and rave' so.

Haven't been out much? :). Unfortunately it is out there. You have too many preachers going off on their "hobby horse" topics and not preaching Christ crucified. You can find a lot of it on youtube if you look.

as for the OP, I'm not one for movies anyhow, it is something we take the kids to go see occasionally. A time back I took them to see the Lego movie, I slept through most of it. But the new Spiderman is coming out, I will probably go see that.

I think a better approach would be to bring it up at work and talk to people face to face and tell them your opinion on the movie. People here don't like dissenting opinions; people going into a theater would be turned off by the same. But if somebody they knew said to them,"Did you see Son of God"?...

Why should someone be turned off if they heard a street preacher presenting the Gospel or if someone handed them a Gospel tract?

I'm not talking about a Westboro type protest.

When I do hear folks talking about these sort of movies there are often opportunities to share the truth with them.

Unfortunately, that is the kind I have seen around here.

And that's what I was talking about, using these opportunities to share the Gospel.

To us it wouldn't be, but how many saved people you know came to Christ through a street preaching ministry? i'm sure there a few but i believe more people are won by God using people they know or who are part of their community they live in.

Street preachers usually come across as crass and boorish to begin with. And our society usually doesn't tolerate that to begin with.

I know a few churches who went to the theaters in their town that were showing the Passion of Christ.  They didn't go to see the movie, but to pass out tracts.  Several of them were out there after the movie, and those tracts went like hotcakes.  I could see the same being true with this movie.

We don't go to the theater at all, but might be open to viewing the movie on dvd just for discussion purpose.  We didn't see the tv series, but our son did and he was able to discuss biblical truths with some people who had seen it. His wife has a relative who is basically agnostic who watched it with our son and he was able to point out some real truths to the young man.  Not saying I want to watch the movie, but it could be used as a tool.

Great point LuAnne, this could be a real good conversation starter and get people, at least, talking about things of Christ. I did see the other night previews for "Noah". Might go see it, don't know yet. When my wife go out on date nights, we usually don't want to go see a movie, we rather go out and eat and hang out,at least I can talk her into seeing Noah. I may watch both movies on DVD when released, primarily for, as has been said, discussion purposes. Though one thing I saw in the Noah trailer that I liked was the fountains of the deep being broken up, and from the science of that, how they depicted it looks pretty sound. Why do I find that important? Because most know about 40 days and nights of rain, and nothing more, and wonder how could even that much rain flood the earth? Well, it was also the fountains of the deep breaking up. So That's at least a positive step and for a movie, of course, it makes for great visuals, so I'm glad they at least used it.

This from my Geology professor, who I am quite sure as an Agnostic had no intention of validating anything in the Bible.  If only 3% of the water present and locked within the earths crust, in aquifers and porous rock, were brought to the surface, it would flood the earth to the top of Mt. Everest.  He was very put out when I thanked him for validating the biblical account of the flood.   :bleh:

Yeah, "Noah" is supposed to be an Al Gore type movie. God is destroying the earth because of environmental reasons. Also, the garden of Eden and all that was just a dream or hallucination suffered by Noah. Anyone who knows anything of the director should have known that he would have mangled the story of Noah. Every movie he makes has some kind of hallucinatory or dream sequence in it.
