LUNCH TIME..... 

Ok. so let's see...Arroz blanco (white rice), habichuela rojas (red kidney beans), carne guisada (beef stew), tostones (fried green plantains) y platano maduros  (sweet plantains).  All items I have cooked for Swathdiver!  Now let;s see the Pernil, Arroz con Gandules y Pasteles...you know...all the good food for Noche Buena!  Hope you enjoyed your lunch!!! This must be lunch because the portions my grandmother used to serve me was three times the amount!! LOL
