The Ederly Lady Vistor

  The elderly deacon happened to look outside the door and saw an elderly woman approaching the church he did not know just before preaching services were starting. So he stepped out and helped her up the steps and on into the church.

  Them asked her after they entered the front door, “Where would you like to set?”

  The elderly lady replied, “I would love to set on the front row.”

  The deacon replied. “I would suggest you not to set on the front row. Our pastor is rather boring.”

  The lady replied, “Do you know who I am?”

  The deacon said,” No Ma’am, I don’t believe we've ever met.”

  She them said, “I’m the pastors mother.”

  The elderly deacon them said, “Ma’am, do you know who I am?”

  She said, “No, I don’t believe we've met.”

  Them the elderly deacon quickly disappeared in the congregation.
