When Christ Appears, We Will Appear With Him In Glory

If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above,
where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. [in glory]
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then ye shall also appear with him in glory.
Colossians 3:1,2,4

Sure sounds like the harpazo (snatching away) of believers. :clapping:
Yet another reference that says that we will be taken into the clouds to meet the Lord "in the air".

2 Corinthians 5:1-4

1For we know that if our earthly house (((our body))) of this tabernacle were dissolved (((died))), we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. (((spiritual body)))

2For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:

3If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.

(((At the resurrection our earthly bodies will be changed by having the sin nature removed so our mortal bodies can put on our heavenly bodies as a cloak.)))

4For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

((( If we die before the resurrection our spirit goes to heaven and recieves a spiritual body. At the resurrection, we come with Jesus and our spiritual body will be put on as a cloak over our earthly body.)))

1 Corinthians 50-55

50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

51Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

52In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

53For this corruptible(((earthly body))) must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality(((spiritual body))).

54So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

55O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

1 Thessalonians 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.7 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Notice verse 14 in particular. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
