Members Eric Stahl
We will rejoice loudly in heaven. Psalm 150 1Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. 2Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. 3Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. 4Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. 5Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. 6Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
Members ASongOfDegrees
I helped move some tables at a local Baptist church where they had a sale to raise money for Meals on Wheels and they had two (2) drum sets in the auditorium. That's a lot of banging away there during a song.
Members Galations 2:20
Bible study comparing scripture to scripture determines if a verse is used or taken out of context. The following verse proves the Bible truths can be divided rightly. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Members JerryNumbers
Wow. This is still going on. I say live and let live. What is great for one church is not for another. One church likes voices only, another a band with drums, another an orchestra. It's all good and all has a place as long as it comes from the heart and is a response to God's love for us. I don't see why this must be a debate. The atheist, the unbeliever also thinks his beliefs comes from the heart, yet it doesn't, he stands opposed to God. We are to let go of the world, bear our cross, deny self, letting Christ live in us.

Members JerryNumbers
Jerry, are you marching to the beat of your own drum again? J/K Ain't got no drum, ain't seen no drums in many years. Sadly many are going down "The River of Disappointment," headed to "The Place of Disappointment," because what they think to be true is not true. One man stated, "What we think we know that's not true will bring us much harm & disappointment."
