Gov. Jindal: La. Won't Implement Health Care Law

Why aren't they happy with him? He's pretty conservative, and done a lot of good for the state.

As far as BO suing him, he can't (he can try, but it won't get anywhere). The SCOTUS decision made it clear that states can decline to participate. They can, anyway, but SCOTUS built in a reinforcement of the 10th amendment by stating that the feds cannot withhold funds from the state if they nullify. That's one of the good things about the decision!

He tires to spend money they don't have!

There's a talk show on radio out of Shreveport about Louisiana politics, & the conservative are not happy, he is just about as much republican as Mr. Romney, that is he is actually a liberal that calls himself republican.

Jindal is another of those phoney conservatives that passes for conservative these days. There really are no traditional conservative politicians these days. Considering there is precious little left to conserve, we don't need conservatives, we need revolutionaries willing to do what's necessary to restore America to her roots. Only then would there be something to conserve again.

As it is, we have warmed over liberals and neo-cons holding the mantle of conservatives today, holding out false hope to anyone who will buy their snake oil.

America has been lost, she is no more what she was and will never be again unless Christians do what is necessary. We have examples from ancient Israel in the Old Testament to show us what is needed but most Christians want to trust in politics, the Republican Party and phoney conservatives rather than actually doing the more difficult yet eternally rewarding things such as pursuing personal holiness, spending serious, consistent time in prayer (and fasting), in spreading the Gospel and making disciples.

The law requires states to set up exchanges by January 2014 that will help people buy health insurance from a range of companies. Jindal says he won't "set up an exchange." Louisiana, instead, is going to leave that task to the federal government.

Isn't that exactly what the fed wants? Give everything to them to setup and manage?

Why not just hand over any shreds of states rights that MAY remain to the feds and be done with it?
