What If The Government Rejects The Constitution?

What if the government rejects the Constitution?

Do our lawmakers really abide by the Constitution as they should. Of course not, like liberal Christians, they're always making loopholes where there is no loopholes.

In that article one question was, What if both political parties loves power more than freedom? They do!

The Constitution long ago was cast aside by both Parties in order to promote their own agendas. They only appear to support the Constitution because they raise that issue when opposing the agenda of the other.

Nearly 90% of the federal government is unconstitutional. It takes both Parties for that to happen and continue.

Apparently most voters don't really care, Christian or otherwise, because they continue to vote for those who support this year after year.

Wasn't teaching "civics" kicked out of the schools about the same time the very mention of God was forbidden? Younger generations don't have a clue as to the real meaning of the word "republic" in this age of social "democracy".

Civics is a rare class today and most often, in the rare cases it's offered, the class promotes liberal socialist politics.

True indeed, most have no clue what republic means or that America is supposed to be a republic. Most who do know of the word seem to think it means the same thing as democracy. Most in America today think democracy means anyone should be allowed to vote and there should be forced "equality", meaning that the government should force those with more to give what they have to those with less, or to even give up what they have so others can have it. Along with this comes the idea that the government is there to make sure everyone has whatever they want, the government is like mommy, supposed to wipe the noses of everyone, provide them with goodies, and spoil them with wants.

Judge Napolitano is again hitting the head of the nail with each hammer swing.

I over heard some people talking Sunday and they mentioned a book where the author said the government already owns us. That's a paraphrase of their conversation, I wanted to ask for the title/author but forgot.

Something I've been wondering about for a while now.

The Bible tells us what will be happening as the end of time nears. One world government and religion, as a part of it. -- I'm not saying it's something we'll see within our lifetimes, as only God knows when He's had enough of this world. I'm not saying that we should give up, either. -- Just pondering on how to reconcile acceptance, of what God has in store, with putting on our armour of the Lord for Him.

We see what's happening in both our government and in society in general, along with other signs of the end. We rant and rail about the loss of political and religious (CHRISTIAN) freedoms. But, aren't we powerless to do anything about it, if we are nearing the end times? Is there truely anything we can do, other than trying to bring more people to Christ, that will have an impact on what's happening today?

In good times and bad the best thing we can do is live for Christ. If we strive to grow in Christlikeness, being salt and light, making disciples, spreading the Gospel, then we are doing what's best for us, our families, our community, our countries, because we are doinig what our Lord commands.

We are to live for the Lord, trusting and obeying Him in all things. If we do this we can rest in the comfort and peace that God can be trusted with the results of our living our lives for Him.

Yes, in one way, our concern ought to be different than worldly, lost, peoples concern, we ought to be quietly & peaceably be going about the work our Father has given us. After all our citizenship is in heaven, & that is where we ought to be placing all of our treasures.

Seems to me many Christians are totally involved in worldly stuff including politics, as if that is the answer, all the while losing their children to the world. Almost as if we get the right people in the political offices, passing the right laws that will force this country & its citizens to be godly becoming Christians, our children will get saved, worldly people will get godly, & this nation will be godly.

I can understand lost people involved in politics, for this world is all they have, its there only hope, & at the white throne judgment there will be no place found for them because thier treasures, what they lived for, will have been destroyed, this world, & they will be cast into the lake of fire, yet everything we ought to live for, our concern, our treasures, should all be in heaven.
