News on News (from the liberal's point of views)

Not only do they not trust Fox News, they hate Fox News.

Wonder what you would hear in a conversation between two or three liberal democrats talking about Fox News if you were a fly setting on the wall close to them?

Aren’t Democrats extremely suspicious of anyone or anything that has ever expressed a hint of a conservative thought? Instantly, like a fire fighter fighting a fire, they begin to take up wet blankets trying to kill that hint of a conservative thought instantly before it spreads?

It's funny that so many people say that Fox is biased...when they are clearly leaning more and more left all the time. Yes, there are conservative anchors on there, but there are liberals as well. Fox has been a big supporter of Romney, who is not a conservative at all.

kind - they're respectful of everyone but Juan Williams. Lol He is a liberal who was too conservative for NPR so they fired him. Fox hired him, but he's still liberal.

NonPatrioticRadio

NPR is disgusting. Yes, I listen to them for laughs and to see what those who would destroy America are up to.
They spew more liberal bias and cloaked hate than CNN and MSNBC combined.

Maybe they'll include NPR when they start including Disney Channel, Nickolodeon, and the Catoon Network.

I've been an NPR fan and supporter for 5 years now. I have never heard a disrespectful word uttered on any of their programing or news. They discuss issues on their news in extraordinary depth, and actually have good converstaions. I've never heard a voice raised, someone yelled at, I've never heard propaganda, just good, straight news.

They also have exceptional entertainment. Click and Clack, A Prarie Home Companion, Fresh Air, etc. I could see how some people who like yelling and people getting up on their soapbox would find it boring, but have yet to find any propaganda pushers on the programing. My dad, who is a hardcore Republican loves it. My friend who is a bleeding heart liberal loves it. And I, who am an independent moderate love it.

I don't see how you can call it non-patriotic or disgusting. Nothing on their programing is inflamatory, just good facts and discussion.

I have heard a broad range of people on there, and it is always a respectful and good discussion. For example, I heard an interview with one of Pres. Clinton's advisors, as well as Karl Rove. The tone was always respectful, and really revealed the difficult decisions that had to be made.

At any rate, I understand some people may find it boring, but it is really some of the finest programing and most educational programing on the radio. Furthermore, their local news coverage is among the best. There is a program that covers local busines, economy, and politics. there is nothing else like it because all of the mass media are corporately owned by people outside of our state.

I suppose if one doesn't love God, country, and family then sure it would be a great place to hear that point of view. If this was all a person listened to for "news" then I have some insight into their mindset. The cast of characters there over the past 17 years have always come out on the side of abortion, homosexual normalization, evolution, and sinful behavior in general. During those 17 years, that I'm aware of, they have decried Christianity openly and attacked it vehemently (in a low sleep inducing tone of course). It is the only free talk radio available to this "neck of the woods." So, unfortunately I tune it in TOO frequently, I soon get disgusted and just pray or listen to Christian music.

The following entertainment...

news
Morning Edition
All Things Considered
Fresh Air
The Diane Rehm Show
Intelligence Squared US
Latino USA
On The Media
Only A Game
On Point
State of the Reunion
Talk of the Nation
Tell Me More
Weekend Edition Saturday
Weekend Edition Sunday

...is always slanted toward liberal bias once you're past the "Heading or Lead In." That is why U.S. tax dollars support was taken away from them. They are as one sided as democratic president. Edited by 1Tim115

No doubt NPR is the most liberal-socialist media out there. I don't know how anyone who holds to any form of biblical Christianity could stand to listen to their socialist propaganda.

You actually listed some of my favorite programs. :) In all my time listening to NPR, I have never once heard any socialist propaganda, anti-Christian statements, or anything anti patriotic. Quite the opposite actually. I love Fresh Air. Terry Gross gives some of the best interviews I've ever heard. Morning Edition provides some of the most informative, in depth news coverage I have ever heard. A Prarie Home Companion is some of the best entertainment on the radio. Market Place provides incredible reporting on business and economy.

What's not to like?

It's all the ungodly, unAmerican bias you like, of course you wouldn't notice anything wrong.
