Will an Obama defeat in 2012 bring Riots to American streets?

If you recall, the presidential election of 2000 was very close. So close the courts got involved and many were ready to take to the streets at that time until Gore finally conceeded defeat.

We've seen riots in Arab countries, and others, including in Russia where many don't like the election of Putin.

We've seen Obama and most Dems support the "Occupy" movement as it radicalized into a socialist, violent movement. Many of the "Occupy" crowd, as well as many others, would be more than willing to take to the streets if Obama loses the election and especially so if Obama or anyone raises a claim of having been cheated.

Could this be one of the reasons Obama has supported "the people" rising up in the Middle East and has supported the "Occupy" movement?

Obama has already proven he's willing to use the "race card" so race riots could come into play. He's proven willing to play the class warfare card so the poor attacking the business districts and those they consider rich could come into play.

There has been a great deal of evidence of Dem voter fraud in the 2008 election. Even to the point it's possible Obama didn't legally qualify for the ballot in Ohio! Not to mention the hundreds of thousands, or more, votes that may not be legitmate across the country, or the GOP votes "lost".

Might civil unrest be in our future if the presidential election doesn't go Obama's way? Would Obama take advantage of such to try and prolong his time in the White House, to call for new elections, to demand recounts until he gets the result he wants, to declare martial law? Or will Obama accept defeat as did Bush the First and exit the stage?

Yes, just take a long look at the choice people have in voting for president of this Unite States. Usually you actually have the option of voting for one of 2 people.

Yes, once in a while there is a third choice, but is that third choice ever a threat to the democrat or republican? Do you really believe that third candidate really has the chance of getting elected?

Nope, it going to be one of the main parties, at least until there is a big change, & I'm not to sure if the third one was a real threat that he or she would make it though the election.

Both the republican & democrat party is pretty powerful, & both of the will do some very dirty things in order to capture that office of president, its worth many dollars to them.

Elections, politics, at the national level is a dirty business. I've been told I'm very foolish to think such a thing.

No you are not foolish at all. It's really too bad that most people won't vote for a third person on the ballot. They say he can't win and they make sure their prophesy comes true by not voting for them. Really sad.

God bless,
Larry

There is too much evidence that the deck is stacked already.

Unfortunately, this is true....and I'm still convinced that Cain's run was completely sabotaged. He was getting too popular, too fast, and taking too many of Obama's black vote.

No doubt Cain was a threat to Obama's solid 90+% of the black vote as well as a threat to Obama being able to play the race card at some point.

The Dems also saw Cain as a threat fearing that many would vote for him just to try and elect the first black Republican in the same way many voted for Obama just so they could say they voted for the first black president.

Facing Cain would have been a potential nightmare for Obama. If any of those women who accused Cain were led along or pushed by someone from the Obama camp, such a revelation could be explosive. Whatever the case, it would be good to know the truth.

Sad to say, but I don't see Mitt or Newt being that big a threat to Obama. Hopefully one or more of the other candidates will win or place high in the Iowa election and the other two will begin to fade away.

I just don't get it, I am in the public eye day after day, I ask countless people, Catholics, Baptists, Mormons Athiests, all say they support Ron Paul. I get emails from Ron Paul saying how he won this poll, and won that poll,,, yet when ever the news reports, Romney and Newt are on top?????????????????????????

I say the election is fixed.

No doubt there is a fix in the works with these elections. The Establishment won't allow any candidate they don't control, or won't follow their basic visions, to gain the nomination.

Using your example of Ron Paul, there have been many times the news media will address a certain poll and in that poll Paul has placed in the top three yet they either ignore Paul, give him passing mention, or use the opportunity to get in a dig and then go on to discuss the candidates they want voters to focus upon.

When Patrick J. Buchanan ran against Bush the First for the nomination he was ignored until he showed the potential to actually gain the nomination. At that point his own Party (Republicans) launched major attacks against him (often using false or twisted information) and the media did their part to drive these mostly false attacks home. Just as the Establishment Republicans went all out against Buchanan, they will do the same if Paul shows signs of actually having a chance at winning.

What we get to choose every 4 years for president isn't what we want, we get to choose between two candidates that the Establishment has allowed us to choose from. Both Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum will continue America down the wrong road so the Establishment will be pleased with whichever "choice" we make.

I just want to start off by saying if Romney is the republican choice , I'll be voting for Obama still, because I don't like Romney, however its most likely that there will be riots here in the states if Obama loses because people are expecting to be pampered and not find work that is their responsbility , I know alot of people like myself and my husband are on disabliity and are disabled and we are trying to get by but those that are sitting in their homes and doing nothing are the ones that are hurting this country. The riots are caused by greedy people that don't know what they are doing because they are too selfish to go out and create a job for themselves or go back to school or do without stuff.

Being a Christian, I was wondering how you can justify casting a vote for Obama whose polices are very unchristian...including the fact he is pro-abortion and pro-homosexual.
