Members blossom
Hi has anyone cooked in a tangine and if so do you have beef tangine recipe that you want to share? I'm looking for a good recipe that someone has tried and liked. Thanks for your help.

Members Invicta
No I have not used one, although I have used a couple of recipes. One was, I think for lamb, the other was for fish. They came out well, I will look for the recipes. PS, I think it is Tagine? Are vyou using a traditional model or an Electric one such as produced by Tefal? Edited September 26, 2011 by Invicta
Members Invicta
Here is a Jamie Oliver recipe. I have not tried it but his recipes usually work well. http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/beef-recipes/beef-tagine

Members blossom
I bought one that you can use ontop of the stove, in the oven or microwave. I've done a lamb one from off the net which was yummy but I was looking for recipies people have tried and is nice. I will try that one of Jamie Olivers it looks delicious. Members Invicta
I bought my granddaughter a couple of mini tajines for her birthday in March, so she can make small meals for her friends. It also had fruit recipes. Yeaterday I was in France and saw a Pale green tajine with dark green decoration, marked at 40% off, but I couldn't find the original price. Members blossom
That is so cool, they seem to be very common these days. I tried a beef and prune one but it wasn't very nice. I think I put too much lemon in it.
