Members Invicta Posted May 30, 2010 Members Share Posted May 30, 2010 Does anyone have a good recipe for endives? We call them chicory but I have read that the French and Americans call them endives. (French pronounce them ondeev) I have bought some which I used in salad, but still have some left. I would like to cook them, aany ideas. In English Chicory (Whitloof Chicory) Fr. endives, are those pointed things. In English endives are similar to lettuce and are blanched.
