I always go here before watching a movie, it's quite good. Tells you what is in the movie that would be inappropriate, Lords name taken in vain, things of that nature.

I know it's not really what you posted, but your post reminded me of it.

I know this is old but I am finding this intresting. I keep on getting tired of family members of going to movies and eating out and my husband and I are struggling.

I think the best source is the IMDB site under parental guide. Real people put in real things that happen in the movie instead of vague generalities. They actually say "there are four cuss words, etc..."

We hardly watch anything anymore. We watched Tangled with the little girls; I liked the horse.
