The doctors office called with the results of the test. It came back negative, so hopefully that means we are at least two weeks away. My wife asked if that meant she could come off bed rest, and they told her she would be on bed rest until she delivers. She is a very active lady, loves taking walks with her dogs, and taking care of our home. This is hard on her. She is use to taking such good care of me, it hurts her for me to step up and take care of her. Please continue to pray for her that she can hold up under this.

Thanks for continuing in pray. Things seem to be going good right now. My wife is tired of the bed rest, but glad to do it to take care of our little girl. We visited the specialist on Tuesday. They said things looked better thanks to the bed rest. We went to the OB on Thursday and they were shocked at what the specialist had told us. She also took a glucose test, and it came back in good shape. They now seem to think if she stays on bed rest we will posibly make it to 38 weeks. We are at 32, which means we are in pretty good shape. Lily weighed around 4lb 5 oz on tueday (from measurements on the ultrasound :puzzled: ). She is doing good. I also thank you for the prayers for me. I will admit I am tired. But I am holding up, by the stength of the Lord. I have had a lot of help from family. I have had to work away from home for the last couple of weeks, keeping me from fixing her lunch. My mom and dad stepped in and took care of that for a few days. Then she spent last week at her folks house. But even at that I had to make several trips (they live an hour and a half away from us, but closer to the hospital than we do(on the other side)) to get her for Dr appointments. We are supposed to go to a NST test tomorrow, but we are expecting ice in the state, so I doubt I take her for that. No sense endangering their lives to have a test run!!!

Thank you for the update. Praise God for the good reports! I pray your wife and baby will do well and the Lord will continue to strengthen you all.

Thanks for the prayers everyone. Things are looking up. My wife is off bed rest!!!! They estamate that Lilly weighs around 6 lb. We are almost 35 weeks, so if she is born now she would be alright more than likely. Just a few more weeks, and we will have our baby girl to care for. I am still trying to finish the nursery. I am not sure if it will be complete in time, but we can get by for a while without it. I was working on it, but had a cabinet door order come in that I need to fill. So the nursery gets slowed down again. I am not complaining though, as lots of people do not have enough work, and God has blessed me with having extra right now.
