House situation

Praise the Lord friends! Please keep me and the wife in prayer. We are in the Navy stationed in Japan. We have our house in Virginia being rented. Now, it doesn't look like the people are going to qualify to buy it. We really want to sell it but you all know how the market for housing is now. If we don't rent it, we will have to pay the mortgage ourself while over here in Japan, that will include paying for the lawn to be cut as well. We don't want to stress about it so please pray that God give us wisdom on what to do. Thanks.
