Members holster
BEIJING - As President Barack OBama prepares for his first visit to China, leaders of the unapproved churches there are condemning his administration for indifference to the increasing persecution they are facing. The latest example of that persecution came Sunday as followers of an unapproved church in Beijing were again forced by the government to find a new place to worship. Worship in China, governed by the officially atheist Communist Party, is allowed only in state-approved churches, but millions of people belong to unregistered churches that often face official harassment.READ STORY HERE . . Members JerryNumbers
I would not expect President OBama to help them, as I remember President Bush did not help them either when he visited that country
Members trc123
OBama is too busy extolling the virtues of Islam to be bothered with attending to the persecution of Chinese Christians, I'm not surprised.
Members Wilchbla
No President is going to help the persecuted Christians in China. We are in too deep with China. They practically own all our debt. No time to rock the boat. Don't expect any human rights violations in China to ever being addressed by any American politician. That is about a fact, hardly anyone will slap the face who holds their notes.
