OK, if laws were put in place that there could be no discrimination against homosexuals, would that mean that no one could refuse them a jOB or position because they're homosexuals, including churches, including Christians schools?

I believe it will come to that. Its just a matter of time.

They did the same thing when they accepted that Polygamy is illegal

first they were for polygamy, and now they are against it because of the law of the land

But in this case, they were against it, and now they are for it. (due to hate crime law)
