    • Believe God:   i.e. make no promise, don't swear.   Matthew 5:36-37   King James Version 36 Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black. 37 But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.
    • When God sends a prophet do declare judgment against a city, that is a promise. Jonah, at God's commands, declared "Yet 40 days and Nineveh shall be overthrown" That is the prophet preaching to Nineveh the preaching that God bid him preach. That is a promise. However, God's will is that the wicked not perish, but that they repent. Nineveh repented, and they were spared, though God's judgment did eventually fall on them a century later.  "And the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the second time, saying, Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee. So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the LORD. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days' journey. And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown. So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them. " Notice, they didn't believe Jonah, the believed GOD. God spared them because He is gracious and merciful and doesn't wish the wicked to die, but to repent.
    • I work for the federal government, civil service, have for 18 years and 10 years military before that. Today, they have updated the mask mandates for the base, and I assume, all government entities: Vaccinated, no masks, unvaccinated, have to wear the mask. With this being the rule all over, as well, there are severe issues already coming about because of it, some angry the mask wearing has been lessened, some angry they have to wear one, while others don't, many angry that we are setting aside Heppa laws by having to reveal to strangers any aspect of our health information. Personally, I'm a bit angry that now, what is considered necessary PPE for some, is not longer necessary for all. After all, if vaccines work, then those vaccinated are safe from those who aren't. Just a massive piece of control, that a large amount of the population is buying into wholesale, and those who see through it are being set upon for it.

    • I've heard of him, but have no connection to him. Someone gave me some notes on his preaching, but I don't have them readily available or I could give you more information. I know someone gave me a link a while back on his YouTube videos. SureWord, I see, has also mentioned YouTube.
