We must not offer clarification on things we don't understand without first going to the Father in prayer. (Prayer for hours not minutes)

How many prophecies are there concerning Gog and Magog? It is my understanding that Gog and Magog come against Israel twice: post trib and post mill. Today I read that some people believe there is a 3rd attempt (actually 1st in their minds) and it is pre trib. They believe this war will usher in the anti-Christ and tribulation period. Anyone else ever heard of this and know what Scriptures these ppl use to back this up?

Luke 21:10-11 10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: 11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. Do you think planet X could be the fearful sight?

Revelation 20:11-15 11And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second deat…

From another thread: What I wrote was: Habakkuk was faced with the imminent destruction of Jerusalem by the Babylonians. He argued with God, & was assured that God had his plans. All Habakkuk could do was to trust his God - a trust that is repeated several times in the NT - 4Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith. Hab. 3 declares the basis for his faith - the remembrance of the past mighty works of God. He refers to events relating to the deliverance of Israel from Egypt, & their conquest of the promised land. His attitude is that of Psalm 42: 5Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disq…

Value Village, a local second hand store in Abbotsford, BC, just added new Palm reader scanners to their self checkout lanes. My local store just built these within the last week or so. My nephew thought they were some kind of readers for smart watches, but I asked the clerk and she said they were palm readers. However, if the customers (who are of all different ages and sizes) were to put their wrists by the part indicated, the small square scanning area could not scan their whole palm, as the center of people's hands would not all be in the same place (due to varying hand sizes). Though a chip could be read as long as it was near the proximity of the scanner. Maybe…

John 16:7-8 7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. 8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of h…

As I have stated before...I am a pre-tribber, however, I do have difficulty with many of the pre-trib arguments. This is from personal bible study and listening to apologetics teachers. Here is a sermon that presents good arguments concerning the post-trib view. Now I am not trying to disseminate the post-trib view to anyone on this forum, but I do want to here your interpretations refuting his post-trib position so I can stand firm in my pre-trib position. Thanks in advance! Please listen carefully: Pre-Trib or Post-Trib Love, Madeline

I have heard it preached as of late that the Holy Spirit will be taken out at the Rapture, if so who convicts men of their sin during the tribulation because the Bible does emphatically that people will be saved during the Tribulation. Any thoughts?

When we get our rewards, they will show how faith full we were. Daniel 12:2-3 2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

This question is for pastors & preachers. It indeed seems like we are getting close to the end times. Since we have no idea the day nor hour the Lord will return, I'm afraid many in our churches have become lax about this issue. How do you prepare your folks about the end times?

I've read the book of Revelation and Daniel at least twice before, but I wasn't really able to understand the prophecies therein. I know that the Holy Spirit will guide you of all truth but I don't really know how to understand it. I can read some opinions from other Christians but how will I know if they are right? How were you guys able to finally understand those books?

Here it is: "Perhaps today" 'Perhaps today, from every clime and nation Shall souls redeemed ascend to meet their Lord. To suffering ones, great, glad emancipation, To those who toil for Him, a sure reward. We look not down a track of unknown years, It may be that today our Lord appears.' ....... (Not sure who wrote it.)

I'm sorry.. I'm not sure if this goes here. Mods-please move it if it's not meant to be here. I just had a question about Judgment Day.. I'll be the first to admit that I've done some things I shouldn't do. I've done so many things I'm so ashamed of. I'm just thinking about when we stand before God and he judges us. If we repent daily and pray for forgiveness.. will we be judged on everything, or what we haven't repented of? I mean, if we're saved, will we still get into Heaven? Matt: 12:36 (I think) scares me a little bit. I just wish there was a sure way of knowing you were going to Heaven. I guess I'm just confused.. Any insight would be very much appreciated! Than…

I can recall evangelists and other preachers back in the 70s declaring that they expected the Rapture to occur within their lifetime. Many of those same men are dead now. The justified this belief with many "facts" and current events but many of them said that Apostles Peter and Paul and other New Testament saints expected Christ to return before they died. Is there any 'real' Bible evidence that the Apostles believed this?

I received this in my inbox this morning from my friend Voyle Glover. It's a very interesting insight on the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and exactly WHO is controlling the Russian President, Vladimir Putin. https://voyleglover.com/the-russian-invasion-of-ukraine-an-alien-perspective/
