This is a strange idea that popped in my head this morning, and I have a feeling it'll flop. But I thought I might as well try it anyways. It has no purpose or meaning - all you do is post a sentence that makes atleast a little bit of sense, but it has to start with the three words "In five minutes" So, I'll start... In five minutes I might sing an aria in an opera, but probably not.

My son, while student teaching at Bible college, gave the kids a "pop" quiz as a sort of amusing treat. They were worried at first, until they began to see what he meant. This is my version of it. 1. This pop originated in Canada and bears its name. 2. This one finds its roots in the root of the sassafras tree. 3. In RC Cola, the "RC" stands for what? 4. this popular beverage is sold in 200 countries of the world. It had its beginning as a menicine, and became popular later as a soft drink. 5. Perhaps Coca-Cola's biggest rival? 6. This clear Coke product bears a name describing an elf. 7. This was a uniquely flavored soda, with fewer varieties. It has a…

OK, I'll take a stab at making a game. I'll be the first to admit I'm no gamer and will probably (most likely) over time forget this is here. The game consists of statements, questions, or answers. Whatever comes to mind, but NO mean spirited attacks, we get enough of that from Satan's minions. Why '7' words or less, you may wonder? Well, 7 is the number of perfection. Don't hold my breath...here goes... Mankind can not create a social utopia.

When I was a boy, our family used to tell, what we called, "logic jokes" around the dinner table. Here's one that I remember from when I was about ten years old or so. A team of archaeologists were digging in northern Africa and discovered two bodies, one male and one female, perfectly preserved to where they looked as if they could have died a few days ago. They called in the team leader. He took one look at them and immediately knew that they were Adam and Eve. How did he know?

1 Timothy 4 - 1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; 3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: 5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. 6 If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up i…

I saw this on another forum. Just another creative word game. I say a two-part word, and you then make it into a new word with the last half. Example: Beanie Baby Baby Step

Maybe someone would like to beat my score on a Bible quiz site I found. It's a KJV only site so should be no issues. Appears to be hundreds of quizzes which would drive us all to further Bible knowledge and provide some fun at the same time. Here is the link to the blank quiz I took: http://quiz.christiansunite.com/Fill_in ... erbs.shtml I only got 60% :ooops :sad so someone should be able to beat that score. Here is the link to the site: http://quiz.christiansunite.com/

The rules for this game are simple: Person A posts a question using the Bible. Person B responds, if they are correct they then ask a question. If they get it wrong, it continues until someone answers correctly. The question can be as easy or as difficult as you would like. Example: Person A: Who did Queen Esther invite to the banquet? Person B: The king and Haman! "And Esther answered, If it seem good unto the king, let the king and Haman come this day unto the banquet that I have prepared for him." Person A: Correct! Person B: What was Peter's other name? And....that's the question, should be simple Make sure you post the scripture verse with your answer. ___________…

So one person asks the "who am I" question, the next person answers and ask another question. EXAMPLE: I was the first man on Earth, who am I? You are Adam. I stood by in support of a street preacher being killed, and then once I got saved I became arguably the greatest Christian that ever lived. Who am I?
