I thought this was worth sharing. God bless. The Wisdom of Witnessing Proverbs 11:30; Daniel 12:2, 3; James 5:19, 20 "He that winneth souls is wise" (Proverbs 11:30), and isn't it also true that he who does not win souls is foolish! A challenging thought. Population explosions are happening in every kingdom under heaven but not in the kingdom of heaven! Too many Christians just are not reproducing, not winning souls. The world sees the price of everything but the value of nothing. God says a man's soul is more valuable than the whole world (Mark 8:36-37). Realizing this, a wise person will invest time in winning souls. Men with wisdom and grea…

Hey there, I'm just wondering if my approach if correct. I have been told by a few "christians" that I'm too 'to the point' and could be offending alot of people. Anyways, everyday I always have a different kjv verse as my msn messenger name coz I figure the word of God is powerful and they wont read the bible so I'll put it out there and theyll get a bit everyday. So many people have been saying, "Change your msn name its annoying and preachy".... Me personally, I think God would want me to keep verses as my name coz these verses are salvation verses etc... and also when i witness, people get really angry when i tell em unsaved people go to hell... They get su…

The Cleansing Blood Author Unknown One night in a church service a young woman felt the tug of God at her heart. She responded to God's call and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. The young woman had a very rough past, involving alcohol, drugs, and prostitution. But, the change in her was evident. As time went on she became a faithful member of the church. She eventually became involved in the ministry, teaching young children. It was not very long until this faithful young woman had caught the eye and heart of the pastor's son. The relationship grew and they began to make wedding plans. This is when the problems began. You see, about one half of the church di…

"Pastors' Perspective!" February 2003. Monthly since 1997. Supporting Christian Witness To Mormons Because "some men...are...wanting to change the Gospel of Christ." Galatians 1:7 ---------- ---------- 1. Tell Believers - - But What, When? 2. Mormons: The Believers 3. Subtle Error, Mixed Message --------------- 1. Some suggestions. Don't wait until it's too late. Address Mormonism before believers become enchanted with the religion or attracted, romantically or otherwise, to Mormons - -and before they are trapped in the emotional search for the private revelation that Mormons promise to those who seek earnestly. Remind believers periodically,…

Proverbs 11:30 ¶ The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise. Just a verse for thought. We need to remind ourselves and our bretheren of this verse. If we are not winning souls we are not wise  We must go daily sewing the seeds of the Gospel  We must be willing to walk the walk and talk the talk :) Let us all go forth and win some souls

The Matchless Pearl A heavy splash was followed by many ripples and then the water below the pier was still. David Morse, a missionary, crouched low on the pier, his eyes riveted where a stream of little bubbles rose to the surface from deep under the water. In a moment his old friend Rambhau, an Indian pearl diver, appeared and clambered onto the dock, grinning. "Look at this one, sahib," said Rambhau, taking a big oyster from between his teeth. "I think it will be good." Morse took it and pried it open with his pocket knife. "Rambhau! Look!" exclaimed Morse, "Why it's a treasure!" "Yes, a good one," shrugged the diver. "Good! It's perfect isn't it? H…
