I thought this was pretty interesting Below the video I have posted the newsletter where I seen the video [tube]7JHS8adO3hM[/tube] There are just so many interesting points to his video. Did you catch that the guy who witnessed to him wasn?t at the show that night? That means he went home after a show, and was burdened for Penn?s soul. He got a Gideon?s Bible and wrote some information in it, and returned to the theatre another time to talk with Penn. That spoke volumes to this lost person. It showed that this man cared. You have to remember that Penn is not just some atheist. He continually dogs out God, Jesus, the Bible, etc. in his routines. I read that he has a l…

The Charismatic movement is large in my country, so many (especially) young Catholics here are of the Charismatic bent. Some call themselves "Evangelical" Catholics and use the same lingo as Evangelicals do. We of course know a Catholic cannot be an Evangelical because they do not believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone. How do I witness to them? I happen to know one of them.

"How do I witness to someone I know, like a family member?" For most of us, it is far easier to witness to a stranger than to someone we know and respect. An effective way to soften the message without compromise is to speak in the "first person" or in testimonial form. Say something like, "I didn

The article posted was posted in the forum addressed "Southern Baptists" on Facebook recently. It has also been sent to me by several Calvinist friends.....I can't say that I agree with the information as posted....What do you think? Though this is posted in the SB forum on FB, I'm finding that many of my Calvinist IFB friends believe what is posted in this article as well. I thought that ""believe on the Lord Jesus Christ" WAS asking Jesus into ones heart....apparently, the writer of the article disagrees. https://truthingrace.com/2009/07/21/ten-reasons-not-to-ask-jesus-into-your-heart-by-todd-friel/?fbclid=IwAR1hF6LYnvyA9JcDooGCQhrV5RudO8C_joOpXeW61USZU8RbHwsoalhLo…

Poll Survey: The World’s Mortality Rate Over 162,000 will die on an average day. What is their eternal destiny? Obviously, we have no idea. However, some people have estimated that only 7% of the world’s population adheres to the Biblical plan of salvation. Even if that estimate is totally wrong and the number is actually 70%, that still means that over 48,000 are going to Hell every day. What is the relevancy of these numbers? Should these numbers have any impact on our lives? I’m conducting a poll and would like your opinion on this issue. Totally irrelevant: there is nothing we can do to alter the eternal destiny of these people. Totally rele…

2 Cor 5 Five reasons for telling others about Christ: 1. 2Co 5:10 “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.” --We will stand before God for NOT telling them! --We have a commission (Mt. 28:19,20) 2. 2Co 5:11 “Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.” --Knowing the judgment of God upon them is a valid reason to warn them. 3. 2Co 5:14 “For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for…

Something I was inspired to do recently and feel the lead is to evangelize all the false churches in the area. Denver CO is loaded with bad ones and I am sending letters and gospel tracts to as many as possible. Besides this I hit the streets and the parks often doing evangelism. My church also does visitation however this style of evangelism is not my gift. I got used to the streets and the false teachers due to past churches I have been a member that had a passion for these styles of evangelism. The Fellowship Tract League and Chic cartoon tracts have some great tracts on Hell and the basic gospel. I'd get some. The Lords Return or the Grim reaper may be approaching …

I found this on another site, and thought it may be appropiate here. I received the following in an email, the author is not known. The lesson from this will be self evident. THE LETTER FROM HELL One day a woman named Louise fell asleep in her bed, and dreamed a very fitful dream. She dreamed that someone in Hell wrote a letter to her, and it was to be delivered to her by a messenger. The messenger passed between the lakes of burning fire and brimstone that occupies Hell, and found his way to the door that would lead him to the outside world. Louise dreamed that the messenger walked to her house, came inside, and gently but firmly woke Louise up. He ga…

A Message from the Grave Luke 16:19-31 19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: 20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, 21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, an…

Two weeks ago in a jail ministry, I shared speaking to the inmates with a longtime Lutheran who heads the Gideons Ministry in this area. When I was the last to speak I gave an invitation, to my complete shock and surprise this Lutheran gentleman(he is a deacon or an elder at what ever ) answered the invitation, by stepping forward and saying I want to pray I'm not certain of my salvation. Later at Burger King this man saw me witness to a waitress. And after praying with this waitress I turned to him and asked him do you believe she is saved? He just sat there, later he told me he did believe she was saved but he couldn't bring himself to say so. This past week at pris…

A Round To It
by Guest Guest- 9 replies

Hey folks. An evangelist friend of mine has these little round pieces of wood (like a quarter)with the saying "TO IT" on them so when he invites someone to one of his revivals or to church and they say "when I get around to it" he hands it to them. Before you think this is silly it really works! He even had a marine (I think he was a Colnel) come out to the church he was preaching at and brought the little "TO IT" with him. Sometimes using little "gimics" like this may lighten up the situation when witnessing. Wil

Does Anybody Hear Her She is running A hundred miles an hour in the wrong direction She is trying But the canyon's ever widening In the depths of her cold heart So she sets out on another misadventure just to find She's another two years older And she's three more steps behind Does anybody hear her? Can anybody see? Or does anybody even knows she's going down today Under the shadow of our steeple With all the lost and lonely people Searching for the hope that's tucked away in you and me Does anybody hear her? Can anybody see? She is yearning For shelter and affection That she never found at home She is searching For a hero to ride in To ride in and …

http://www.oceangram.com Send a message in a bottle or read one and reply. This can be a great way to witness. The site is very popular This is an example of what I post and reply The million dollar question: Will you go to Heaven? Here's a quick test. Have you ever told a lie, stolen anything, or used God's name in vain? Jesus said, "Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her has committed adultery already with her in his heart." Have you looked with lust? Will you be guilty on Judgment Day? If you have done those things God sees you as a lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulterer at heart. The Bible warns that if you are guilty you will end up in Hell. That's not God's …
