Reader, When a person hears the "Gospel", as, "faith comes by hearing" ... then this faith is proof something happened in the heart of the Believer that God SEES... as "God sees the heart" And what is that, that God sees that has happened inside you? God sees your "repentance" ....that is of the kind that God accepts, and that is not repenting from sin....but its repenting from UNBELIEF. See, God is not looking for people who are willing to "clean up"... as = ""Jesus came into the world to save SINNERS" See that Reader? God is looking for FAITH IN CHRIST...and then God will clean you ............So, God is looking for FAITH.....as that proves yo…

Reader. - On the Cross....Jesus became your sin.........all of it. 2 Corinthians 5:21 On the Cross....Jesus became your sin.........all of it. 2 Corinthians 5:21 Jesus took it all upon Himself and DIED, and it ended there. He didn't come out of the Grave with your sin on Him......He left it, and that is were you sin is found. Its not on you. It's on the Cross of Christ....and its gone if you are born again. When you read that you are "made righteous", having become "the righteousness of God, in Christ", .. that is indeed the reality regarding all the born again. God has established you as "in Christ", "made righteous" and there you remain for as long a…

Conservative writer, former university president, and preacher Richard Hayes who wrote a book on the Biblical stand on homosexuality (The Moral Vision of the New Testament) which has been used in many Bible colleges and universities around the world, has changed his views on homosexuality. His son is a co-writer with his father on a new book, "The Widening of God’s Mercy: Sexuality Within the Biblical Story,” released this past September. More information is in the article. This was just one article that I came across this morning on homosexuality and Christians. Out of the 25 stories in the news, 16 were on homosexuality and how Christians are losing the war against it.…

Copied from an online Christian page It is believed that Jesus’ ministry, from His baptism to His ascension, took place between AD 29–33. In this case, it can be inferred that Jesus died when He was between 33 and 34 years old. However, some also believe that Jesus was somewhere between 33 and 39 years old when He died (Ibid.), depending on the exact date of His birth and the year He commenced His public ministry.

Has anyone ever read anything definitive on whether the words "up" and "down" in the Bible always refer to elevation when referring to physical places (ie. cities, mountains, areas, etc.)? This is something I have wondered for a while, and started to trace those two words throughout the Bible. Unfortunately, there are a lot of places that are hard to figure out exactly where they are or their elevation - so I have a general impression that my theory is right, but not completely. Nowadays, we use phrases like "I'm going up to the store, or down to the mall" - which are not usually references to whether we are going up hills or down hills, etc. But in the Bible, it see…

The New Testament places significant emphasis on music as part of the “one another” aspects of the Christian life. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. (Colossians 3:16) One of the most regular times that Christians use music to teach and admonish one another is in the corporate worship services of the local church. And the musicians—vocal and instrumental—who serve in this ministry can greatly enhance this part of a service. In a recent meeting with some of the special music groups at Lancaster Baptist Church, I shared a d…

Ben Shapiro just posted a topic in my Facebook feed about people wanting to stay single instead of marrying etc. and, as I was reading some of the responses, came across this one....
Men stopped being leaders and naturally women took over. I do know several beautiful Godly single women. I’m not so sure a lot of men are looking for them, they look on the outside. So sad
Actually, no; we've all stopped being "leaders". And women "taking over" is the opposite of the way the Word of God tells us women should "lead". 1 Peter 3:1-7 says that wives should "lead" by living Godly and by being in "subjection" to their husbands so that hubby can see the God…

Reader, There is this Teaching that the more hyper Calvinists seem to employ. This.. = "You must be born again, before you can believe, before you can give God your faith". Now, any Believer who is born again for 12 seconds, can see that this is exactly backwards, and is an impossible situation to EXIST. That teaching is teaching that God would join Himself to a sinner, as "one with God" "in Christ"...= before God has received their faith to then forgive their sin. So that teaching is... "you are born again, before you have heard the Gospel, and before you have BELIEVED IT"> That is,= "Salvation comes to you.... before the hearin…

Reader... Lets get real... Lets keep it real.... The reason that Lordship Salvation is denial of the Cross....Its because the Salvation of God, is.. You were a dirty lost sinner, and you never did anything for God. You loved sin. You never cared about Law, or Commandments, and you thought that "Christ is a crutch for the weak". If you went to church at all it was "Easter" or some Christmas service, and you sat there bored, looking at the "chicks'. Yeah YOU. So, THAT stinking mess of humanity, heard the Gospel, and had a REVELATION that you needed Jesus. So, you came forward, or you kneeled and prayed, and gave God your faith in Christ. You…

I turned 62 last April and my Wife turned ...never mind. So we finally decided to join the "Adult"(seniors) Sunday School class. The very first lesson, I kid you not, was on Genesis 6 and the teacher told us that he agreed with the "Angels cohabited with women" view(his words) because the scholars he read "know more about it than we do". I just kept my mouth zipped. Why bother?

Baptists are familiar with this phrase. "Love the sinner, hate the sin". So, regarding human sexuality... it is a fact that God does not accept or condone, homosexuality. Also, there is a lot of discussion regarding....>"are they born this way". ??? Now, here is what to think about that.. Gays do not reproduce, they Recruit. Genesis 19 explains that God dealt with homosexuals in a way that offends how some interpret "God is Love". But you have to understand that God is also HOLY.. and so, God Holiness, is not defined as "Tolerance", and so, we have to view "alt sexuality" as perversion that we dont accept. Now in the USA and in I…

2 Corinthians 5:20 "Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were (and is) making an appeal through us; we earnestly plead with you on behalf of Christ, come and BE reconciled to God.""" Reader.... "BE reconciled to God" "BE" means "BELIEVE" = and your "faith is counted as Righteousness" and you will be "Justified by faith"., without water and without works. = "The GIFT of Salvation". Once you = BELIEVE (FAITH in Christ)...., God will forgive all your sin, and eternally reconcile you to Himself through the finished work "SACRIFICE" = of Jesus on the Cross. This is the New Covenant. This is the New Testament This is the Blood Atone…

Here is a way to think about it.. Everyone has heard a Radio before. A Radio has Radio stations.. So, most Radio is "FM.. or AM".. That is the signal coming in...... So, the Bible is God's signal. Its God Station.. Its His Spiritual Frequency because its written by God's Spirit and has to be discerned by the Same Spirit who is.. ."Christ IN YOU... the Hope of Glory". The Born again are become the "Temple of the Holy Spirit....." And to receive God's signal, you have to be born again as part of it. You have to become "One with God" to receive His Signals.. His Light,. So, when a person is not, then they can't receive the right signal (understanding …

Reader, Many people in this world, use my "teaching" for Sermons, SS Class, online Websites, Commentaries, Youtube videos, and of course personal study with the bible. This is all good. Feel free. MONEY Matters...... Biblical Wealth, and having it, is an interesting Bible subject. Paul calls it "filthy lucre" in Titus, but admonishes one of His planted Churches for not giving enough into His ministry. Deut : 8, tells us that God gives us ""the power to get wealth"", and that is related to establishing the/His "covenant". And in the NT, it "costs to reach the Lost". And one of the ways the lost are "reached" is.. they g…

Reader There are 45,000 "christian" denominations in the world...obo. Why isn't there only ONE? As there is ONE BODY of Christ As there is ONE Church But there are 45,000 Denominations "Globally".. So, what is the issue? A.) Wrongly Dividing the word of God. = That produces heretics who build denominations by the thousands and thousands. So....Why am i on forums ? To help the born again understand what i just wrote, and to help them escape. To do this, the HERESY is exposed, and the TRUTH is revealed. Why is this not so simple ? Its because the Devil is very smart, very cunning, and what He does, is .. he dresses up H…

Reader.. Often you find people on forums who have been badly taught, regarding the NT... How do you spot them?? Just.. .like.....this..... = To that person.. they believe that every verse in the bible is aimed right at them. They do not understand that many verses are not pointed at the born again = as doctrine. So, lets get you out of any type of wrong understanding regarding sin, forgiveness, and confession..., and also lets get you some spiritual KEYS regarding HOW to understand the NT. Now...One of the easiest way to get this clarified regarding your bible study, is to find out if the VERSE was given to the JEWS, before Jesus was Crucified. Just look for…

Reader, 1.) Within Christianity, there is Truth, and there is what isn't. Both exist in Christianity as Light and Darkness. For example a believer born again, can be "fallen from Grace". Now...Regarding church doctrine and The Gospel, there is what Paul teaches and then there is everything else that must line up with it, for it to be "perfect". So, in both cases, the "other stuff", that does not line up with Paul's Doctrine, is not the Truth, and generally comes from the Father of Lies. Hebrews 13:9 Reader, God created Christianity, and Satan created everything else that tries to copy it or tries to ruin it, which is the same work. The simple …

The Cross : 1.) Is where God and Man may meet and become "One" Spiritually. The Cross is the Eternal Gateway which allows any and all sinners to enter God's Kingdom, forever, by Faith. The Preaching of the Cross: 2.) Is how God calls mankind to come and become ONE with ME. The "Preaching of the Cross.. is THE POWER.....OF GOD.....Unto Salvation". No Cross = No Salvation No "preaching of the Cross" = No TRUE Gospel being preached. 3.) Jesus didnt have to go to The Cross. Thats a fact. Jesus went to the Cross for 2 reasons. A.) Because He wanted to please His Father, by obeying His Father's will. This is why Jesus said...>"…

Reader, Some of you teach or want to teach SS. Some of you preach and are always looking for "Sermon Seeds". So i'll post this for the Reader and for those who are working on that next "presentation". -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the NT, Paul speaks of being "perfect"... "as many as be PERFECT". What is that actually? Its not behavior. Its not keeping law and commandments. Its not "trying to be like Christ". Its not yawning through another Saturday or Sunday morning church service. A.) Its "God's knowledge" as "the renewed mind" or as Paul teaches.. that all…

Is Hell a place of eternal torment? That is the long and the short of it. My friend the rabbi says the Christian concept of hell is not the Jewish concept of hell. Furthermore let's postulate that for the Christian it should be understood more properly you either have eternal life or you are eternally dead. And that death is a place of no thought basically you're "asleep" let's say that you have no more part in this world and that the dead are dead and they stay dead until the return of Jesus Christ in the clouds. And that once Christ returns the dead in Christ shall rise first, that nobody who's died is alive today in heaven except for Jesus Christ, who is resurrected. …

Reader, Jesus died on the CROSS, which is the only WAY you'll get to go to heaven,. John 14:6 Now let me show you this verse as Matt 7. Matthew 7 The Broad WAY... vs.. the NARROW WAY. 1.) BROAD is the WAY, (the means and the method and the path) = to DESTRUCTION... The BROAD WAY.. .is any WAY, any means, any RELIGION or SELF EFFORT to try to go to heaven, or to to be accepted by GOD>. This is.."there is a WAY that seems right to a person"..... This is all the "" BROAD WAY that leads to "DESTRUCTION">.= and that is HELL........as HELL is the ""2nd DEATH, or outer darkness"", and that is to be eternally separated from GOD, who "exists in LIGHT…
