I have purchased several KJV Bibles from Local Church Bible Publishers here in Michigan and have been very pleased with the quality of their Bibles. They also include a copy of the Gospel of John and Romans in a small newspaper format as a free gift. I haven't seen them listed on their website but I just found them on a separate site for their bindery. They sell them for 10 cents a piece and they come in bundles of 100. I just ordered a bundle so that I can include them as a gift along with a DVD of the restoration process when I return refinished antiques to my customers. You can order them in bundles of 100 here: Good News John & Romans newspaper. If you or…

Hello everyone. I have been away for quite a while. I am active duty in the Navy and was gone on deployment. I became aware of some issues before I left on deployment and had 7 months on a ship to dwell on them and mull them over. I am still seeing the same issues now that I am home. Let me preface this by saying I am active in my churches corporate evangelism efforts. I go out for door knocking weekly. I also evangelize as I go places. I talk to co workers, friends, family, strangers... I leave tracts with people and at places I visit. I have been actively engaged in evangelism since shortly after I got saved 5 and 1/2 years ago. The problem is there …

For a few years now, I have been trying to come up with a workable concept of a tattoo removal ministry as a soul-winning opportunity. I would like to be able to remove tattoos from ex convicts, people wishing to leave the gang lifestyle and others, free of charge. The process of providing the service would provide a wonderful opportunity for sharing the Gospel. To help make the ministry as self sustaining as possible, those who are not in the aforementioned situations and who can afford to pay to have their tattoos removed, would be asked to pay for the service. For this to be possible, money would need to be raised for the initial purchase of the laser machine a…

I restore antique furniture and hand tools for a living and I will usually include a video of the restoration process at no cost to the customer. In them, I attempt to share Scripture with them. I don't feel that I am very good at doing this yet, but I do believe that I am getting better. The latest video that I have put together has the most Gospel presentation yet. Since I am still a neophyte in this, I would appreciate any feedback and critiques you may offer. Eastlake Highboy from Faithfully Restored on Vimeo.

I recently found a website called Duolingo that is a wonderful way to learn Spanish to use when soul-winning or just because you might want to learn español. If you decide to join (it's free) you can find me there by searching for me by my username, "BeardoMagnifico." Anyway, it is a wonderful way to learn Spanish (or many other languages) and it is very enjoyable also. www.duolingo.com

I am wondering what the consensus is here about the importance of soul-winning. Do you believe that all Christians are commanded to do it? Either way, please explain your conviction with Scripture. Sincerely and respectfully, Brother Stafford

Does anyone have any experience with starting a new church? I have heard of IFB churches training and ordaining pastors, within the local church, and then sending them out to start new churches. Has anyone here ever been a part of something like this? How would one go about finding such a pastor that would be willing to relocate and undertake such a thing? I would love to start a new church in my area, but I am not qualified to pastor a church.

Hello all, There is something that is weighing heavily upon my heart and I am uncertain about what I should do and the timing of the ideas that I do have. I finally joined an IFB church in my city last April and have been attending every service steadily just recently. I have been reading literature and watching/listening to online sermons about the importance of soul-winning and I have been deeply convicted that it is something that I absolutely must do, but I have never been soul-winning or even passed out Gospel tracts. On my church's website, it says that they do "visitation" every Monday evening and that "soul-winning" is scheduled for Saturday mornin…

Define "Gospel". A clear presentation of the Gospel is important, it ought to contain several important facts; 1. The subject should know that “all people are lost” (Rom. 3:10; 3:23) This puts them into a group, and does not single them out accusingly. They must realize their need for salvation before they will be saved. 2. All people need to be saved. (Rom. 6:23a and 5:12)) I always have them agree that “no one is perfect”. I have never had anyone disagree since I used that approach. They have been offended, however, that I insinuated that they were sinners; generally, people do not think themselves to be too bad. Just as wages are paid for …

Hey y'all just wanted some thoughts on sharing the gospel with Mormon's. I've got a old friend in prison right now that I've been writing to and he told me he's reading the book of Mormon and the Bible. His family is Mormon, and he grew up going to their church. I moved back to my hometown and started hanging out with him again, and found out he had a really bad methamphetamine addiction. My prayer for him after I found this out was that he would get arrested before things got worse. Praise the Lord! Before he got arrested I had the opportunity to have many hard talks with him about what he was doing and talked with him about Jesus. I'm currently writing a letter to…

I've been working on a soulwinning script for a church event flyer and figured I would share it. If you want to use it, feel free to use it as is or modify it to fit your needs. How to get right with God and not go to Hell when you die. You must have Saving Faith According to God's Word. The Bible is a consistent record of eye witness accounts to God’s working with mankind spanning over 6,000 years. According to the Bible, Salvation is granted by God’s grace through faith. This faith is what we express when we Repent and Believe on Christ (His Works and Righteousness)(Romans 3:21-26). It is needed for Salvation from Hell and entrance into God…

So, I have a specific Bible that I take with me when I go out with the purpose of witnessing. In that Bible I have "mapped out" several subjects (i.e. I write the subject title in the front of Bible and put the reference beside it, when you turn to that reference, it is underlined and the next reference is written there, and so on until you finish the subject.) My question is, what are some questions or subjects that you have encountered out soulwinning that I can map out in my Bible?

Several years ago our family met a young man and his mother. We came to know each other on Independence Day and learned that the mother was Catholic and had moved here to protect her son from the violence of NYC. Her oldest son was murdered right in front of the two of them. I had hoped to share the gospel with them, urged my family members to do so also but the opportunity never presented itself. When we learned that they were dis-invited to a Thanksgiving Dinner, we quickly called and they accepted our invitation to join us. Again I had hoped to share the gospel with the boy and again circumstances prevented it. Nearly two years later, the other day we learned …

I told a sinner to try Jesus but I did not tell him about eternal security. Now he is stuck in a long term commitment when he thought it was just a date.

I really like this gentleman. He's a street preacher and I follow his youtube channel. He believes we are saved by faith alone. Not by works. He also believes in Once saved always saved. His story is wonderful. Highly honored in his work before he retired. He now preaches on the streets of Los Angeles. He doesn't think so but i think he is an enigma in a way. He doesn't shout or yell at people (amplification used however) lol. This is some of his story: A shootout at a Church in Los Angeles, with 5 gangsters and an LAPD Cop turned Chaplain

A warning for Christian ladies: this post may be inappropriate for you. Make sure to get a permission from your husband or pastor before you attempt to read this post in its whole. One of the affiliates of my church specializes in preaching to various deviants, including preaching at California nude beaches. He believes that, where appropriate and useful, such manner is justified by Isaiah's ministry. I'm not sure I completely agree, especially when it comes to ministering to satanic women, of which there are plenty at such venues. Nevetheless, he does lead people to Salvation. Here's one letter to his ministry that he shared with us:

I walked down the driveway to the house. A gentleman was outside. I greeted him and offered him the tract. He said "get off my property or I will call the police" , I said "yes sir" then to my back as I was leaving he yelled at me "I said get off my property or I will call the police" (he might have said "I'm calling the police"), ..... since I was already walking ... I stopped, turned around, said, "yes sir" ... and turned back around while he was yelling "I'm calling the police" and calmly walked off his property. What was my legal responsibility? Anybody suggest how to handle a situation like that? Thanks.

I follow many Missionaries around the world and my heart is overcome with joy seeing the wonderful work God is doing through them and the many lost souls that are being saved, I keep in contact with as many as I can and fellowship with them when it's possible, It's a wonderful blessing one can have in one's heart to hear him give a testimony of how him or another labor in the Lord lead the loss sinner(s) to the Lord Jesus it ''Keeps me Praising the Lord Jesus " Keeps me in Prayer '' and Encourages me to share the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ with the Lost sinner I love to share my testimonies with my brothers and sister's in the lord the same way our Brother Missionari…

I was at an event last night May 7, 2015. A suburban festival. You could sample food from local restaurants. There were about I an estimated 50k people there. Very rare you have that many teens in one place. They just seemed to be there many with adults. There are many schools around there. We handed out tracts and talked with them. As many as we could. It was rare a opportunity. Teens can talk to other teens of course. However they were really willing to listen to us. It seemed. How many of you get soulwinning opportunities with teens and young people?

Just wanted to know what people here think of Ruben Israel's ministry. Especially his association with Angela Cummings, which I would say is unBiblical.

Something I was inspired to do recently and feel the lead is to evangelize all the false churches in the area. Denver CO is loaded with bad ones and I am sending letters and gospel tracts to as many as possible. Besides this I hit the streets and the parks often doing evangelism. My church also does visitation however this style of evangelism is not my gift. I got used to the streets and the false teachers due to past churches I have been a member that had a passion for these styles of evangelism. The Fellowship Tract League and Chic cartoon tracts have some great tracts on Hell and the basic gospel. I'd get some. The Lords Return or the Grim reaper may be approaching …
