Churches being burnt down is a growing concern in Canada as so far at least 20 churches in Canada have been burned or vandalized. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has denounced the burning and vandalism of Catholic churches. The burnings came after the discovery of 1,100 unmarked graves for Indigenous children. The targeted churches are Catholic churches.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudea (a Catholic), said he understands the anger many people feel towards the Catholic church. Trudeau has called on Pope Francis to make a formal apology.
The Catholic church has made an apology in the past about the murders and persecutions of Christians, and to save face they make a "formal" apology for the past treatment of children
I'm also not naive to think that this can't happen in America, in not only Catholic churches but also our Independent Baptist Churches. In today's day and age, we are just one disagreement with our churches being vandalized and burnt in the name of justice.
