I wrote this poem after preaching a sermon to my people entitled "Love the Lord Thy God".
It seems God's people are like the Gadites and the Reubenites.No men like David to say "Is there not a cause?"
I stand with Moses and ask "shall your brethren go to war,and shall ye sit here?"

The Truth is most Christians don't really love God.
One huge evidence, "a famine in the land......-of hearing the words of the Lord:"

There are those who preach one must repent to be saved and thats a lie from Satan.

Sirs,what must I do to be saved?BELIEVE and thou shalt be saved

We are told to "earnestly contend for the faith" and our faith is found in Gods word.Thus this is the most vital issue we can contend for.
Many ask, "whats the big deal" and claim they need a so called easier reading Bible.But the K.J.V. is only a 9th grade reading level and spiritual things are spiritually decerned.
In the garden of eden Satan began his attack on Gods word with antics and semantics changing,adding and subtracting from Gods word.He continues...

Hi everyone!
I am from the little town of Princeville, IL, and I play the piano at Princeville Baptist Church under Pastor Lee Taylor. I graduated from Fairhaven Baptist College and enjoy talking about the Bible and about JESUS CHRIST much. I am 31 years old and am in school again to be an Optometrist, Lord willing. Don't know exactly how to go about this, but I am in much need of fellowship, and thus thought to get on here to do so.

Well, it's now 2009, and a lot has certainly happened. I hope to soon finish my book (My goal is to finish it by the end of January), and find out God's Will in that area (writing) and two other areas I am currently searching God's Will in.

So, let's allow this year to be a year in which we all strive to become better servants of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Christ Jesus, the Messiah.
