Well, let me fill you in on my life real quick.

Heres my wonderful testimony summed up with chunks I don't wish to post missing.
Before I moved to where I am right now (not telling ) I lived in a big city called Portland...

Ok so part of the application to Champion is to write your testimony. I just finished it and thought I was post it here.


My mom and dad were divorced when I was really young. Mom was saved but had never been taught what to do as a Christian and because of that she lived like a lost person. A. who was supposed to preach at the retirement home this morning was out of town so Pastor asked if I would share the message. To be honest I hadn't prepared and was a little taken aback. This would be the first message I ever shared with anyone outside my own head.

Pastor suggested a salvation message. So thats what I shared. It was a little intimidating and no one was saved as a result. But, the Gospel was shared and I had ALOT of fun.

I am sure I've said it before. But, I can't say it enough....

Our Walk In Ephesians - Part One

In the book of Ephesians, we see seven passages where our walk is referred to. The order of each of these passages is interesting and worth meditating upon.

Gave my first little devotion Tuesday night in the dorm (started in Isaiah 6 and 33:13-17, about a vision of God). That was fun. I was shaking at the beginning for some reason.

Preached for the first time last night, downtown with my church. Sure wore my voice out in the open air. Didn't have much time, but got to go through sin and the Gospel. Again, I was pretty nervous at the start of it...Kinda funny.

Just excited at being able to do that.
