It is almost Christmas once again. Looking forward to time we will spend with family and friends. All too often we forget the meaning behind this holiday - the meaning we say we are celebrating Christmas for!

Last August, to celebrate our 20th anniversary, my hubby and I went to WA to visit my parents. The first time Randy had ever been to the state. Of course, it was gorgeous. We all had a good time (our son was already there and came home with us at the end of the vacation).

I hope that this entry finds you all well. I give God the praise for the oppurtunity to share what he is doing in my life. About a month ago, the Lord laid on my heart to approach our unit chaplain about starting a weekly prayer meeting. After a couple of weeks of praying about it, we went ahead.
