Alright, i've been thinking lately that I need to use my youth to build some skills. Among those is learning an to play instrument. I've researched a bit and found what I want to play. It is a kinnor, or lyre, such as king David would have used. Learning to play one is a bit more difficult than other instruments because for the specific sound I want i'm going to have to learn basic harp/lyre skills. I'm researching this more and more and getting excited. Pray that God will lead in this.

Don't you hate waiting? Isn't that the hardest thing to do, especially when you have been promised something? You want the promise to be fulfilled as soon as possible. When you have to wait, well, it can begin to look as though someone forgot.

God has been instructing me to wait for some things He has promised. He just keeps telling me to be still. And to wait.

Funny, the longer I wait, the more certain I am that the promise will be fulfilled.

Because the baby is up...

You're on a bus, on your way back from an exhausting and exhilarating day in New York City. Two hours down, one to go. You glance around at your fellow passengers. A light bus home. About 5 white, English speakers. About 10 Asian, Chinese speakers. The white Americans are grouped together. Three guys in one row, a guy and his mother in the row ahead of them.
