for some reason she can not get on wrong pass word. and she does not know what email address she used.
tell her to go to the main page and there should b a link to click on to get it... or she can pm the administrator
asl, you can pm the problem to HappyChristian or Kitagrl. Then, they can contact your mom at her email address. I also pmd her so that perhaps she can figure out which email she used (assuming that the one she used to sign up is the one they have on file)
