I just posted about our garage sale now I need to post about a blessing that is coming... We recieved a call about a baby that is to be born Friday that will be coming into foster care we agreed to take her. There were special needs with this families last baby so there could be with this one too. So please pray God gives us everything we will need with this precious baby.

Lisa, Congratulations, That is wonderful news. We will be praying for your family & the Birth Mother & Baby. My Husband & I got a call today about a Baby Girl that was born late last night & available. We contacted our Attorney right away & within the hour, the Birth Mom chose another Family. It is all in God's Planning & timing, I have so much Faith that we will recieve a New Baby Girl soon. I will post as soon as we hear the good news.
In the mean time, my Niece called & said she may be expecting her 5th child. She will find out for sure on Wednesday, she has a Dr. Appointment. She wanted to know if my Husband & I want to adopt this baby. She is a single Mom. We have been in much prayer about this.

The social worker called today and we are not getting the baby. I hate this feeling I am having. The mother tested negative at the birth for drugs so she can keep the baby for now. She tested positive 2 months ago and signed off the rights to her other child. I am needing to vent and I do not want to do it with my hubby and kids so I thought I could do it here. I know the Lord is in control, I just know there are children who need help and I feel it is this little precious girl. Please pray God will heal my heart and keep a good attitude with my family. I am always the positve one around, no one but the Lord and you know about my broken heart. Our pastor called after he heard the news and asked how I was. I just answered that the Lord is in control and He knows what is best.

Lisa, I am sorry! But you are right, God is in control and is the healer of broken hearts. It was great that you were and are still willing to take this little one into your heart and home. Not many people are willing to do that. God makes no mistakes, as I'm sure you know, and you will see one day just why God allowed this. Praying for you.
